1. Beef Products: Local Pickup Only
Due to the perishable nature of our seaweed-fed beef, we do not offer shipping for meat products at this time.

Ready for Pickup: Orders are typically ready within 24–48 hours.

Notification: You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) when you arrive.
2. Skincare Products: Shipping
Our tallow-based skincare line is available for shipping across Canada.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Transit Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
3. Combined Orders
If your order contains both beef and skincare products, the entire order will be held for Local Pickup at our Calgary location unless two separate orders are placed.
4. Order Tracking (Skincare Only)
Once your skincare order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If there is an issue with your pickup or your shipped skincare arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@sustainabull.com within 48 hours of receipt.
