Refund policy

At Sustainabull, we are committed to providing high-quality, climate-smart products. Because of the nature of our current product line, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure health, safety, and quality standards.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable Goods: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any of our food or beef products.

  • Personal Care Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, items from our skincare line are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If your beef products are spoiled/damaged, or if your skincare products are defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at shop@sustainabull.com. We will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis and make it right through a replacement or a refund.

Refunds for Damaged Goods If a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at shop@sustainabull.com.

Future Products While our current catalog consists exclusively of non-returnable food and skincare items, any future non-perishable lifestyle or branded products we introduce will be subject to a standard 30-day return policy.
